- Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable, including custom-made orders, gift cards, or items marked as “Final Sale” on our website.
Return Process

- Return Authorization: Once we receive your request, we will review it and, if approved, provide you with return instructions, including the return shipping address.
- Packing & Shipping: Ensure the item is securely packed to avoid damage during transit. Mitti Designs is not responsible for any items damaged or lost during return shipping.
Return Shipping
- Domestic Returns: For domestic orders, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
- International Returns: For international returns, customers are responsible for all return shipping fees, including customs duties, if applicable.
Refunds
- Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 5-7 business days.
- Refund Method: If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank’s processing time.
- Partial Refunds: In some cases, only partial refunds are granted (e.g., if the item is not in its original condition or is damaged for reasons not due to our error).
Exchanges
- Defective or Damaged Items: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item for the same item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Exchange Process: For eligible exchanges, we will arrange a replacement once the original item is returned and inspected.
Non-Refundable Scenarios
- Custom Orders: Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned or refunded.
- Items Past Return Window: We cannot accept returns or process refunds for items beyond the 14-day return window.
- Improper Packaging: Items not returned in their original condition, packaging, or without prior authorization are not eligible for a refund.
